Key Registration Dates

Required fields:
- Required fields on the registration form are noted with an asterisk following the field name [ * ]
Photos:
- Player photos are not required and should not be uploaded.
  When necessary, team coaches will take and upload photos.
- Coach photos are required.
Birth Certificate:
- Birth certificates are required for travel players.
Safesport Training (Coaches, Volunteers, Referees, and players 18+)
- When taking Safesport training courses, the only accepted coursed are Safesport Trained-US Soccer, Refresher 1, Refresher 2 and Refresher 3.
Senior Rec Division and CoEd Rec High School:
- These divisions will be playing similar teams in other towns. Some travel may be required.
