Registration Fee Refunds
The Berlin Youth Soccer Association has established the following practice regarding the return of fees for any child withdrawing from the league.
Spring Season:
Any withdrawal on or after February 15 will be accepted with 50% of the registration fee being returned. Any withdrawal on or after March 15 will be accepted, but no portion of the registration will be returned. Parents will be responsible for all items that may have been distributed such as uniforms, etc.
Fall Season:
Any withdrawal on or after July 1 will be accepted with 50% of the registration fee being returned. Any withdrawal on or after August 1 will be accepted, but no portion of the registration will be returned. In neither case will any late fees be subject to return and the parents will be responsible for all items that may have been distributed such as uniforms, etc.
All requests for withdrawal must be emailed to the BYSA registrar at
[email protected] to be considered official. Verbal requests through other league volunteers will not be considered notification of withdrawal.
All refund requests are subject to a twenty dollar administrative fee.
