• All tryouts will take place at Percival Field, 20 Highland Avenue.
• Players should arrive by 5:20 pm to check-in and get a number which will be worn for evaluation purposes. We plan to start the tryouts at 5:30 pm and players will be released by 6:45 pm.
• Players should wear white t-shirts, cleats, and shin guards. They should bring a soccer ball (U12 and younger: size 4, U13 and older: size 5) and a water bottle. Coaches will have a few extra soccer balls just in case.
• Players must attend at least one of the scheduled sessions for their age-group, but are encouraged to attend both.
• At tryouts, players will be evaluated by coaches from BYSA and Leszek Wrona’s Soccer Academy. They will be evaluated on speed, dribbling, passing, receiving, hustle and soccer IQ. Coaches will use players’ ratings in recommending team assignments.

Selections will be made by next weekend. Head coaches will reach out to players. Those who make a travel team will be provided information regarding uniform orders, photos for players passes, and more.

If a player is not offered a position at this time, he/she will be reassigned to the appropriate recreational division.
